Cannabis Products

Alive & Well cannabis products are sold exclusively through licensed California dispensaries. We do not sell cannabis products directly to consumers. Returns and refunds for cannabis products are handled by the dispensary where the product was purchased. Please contact your dispensary directly for their return policy.

If you experience a product quality issue, please contact us at accounting@gratefulcollc.com with your purchase details, and we will work with the retailer to resolve it.

Apparel and Accessories

For non-cannabis merchandise purchased through our website (apparel, accessories, vape batteries):

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for merchandise, email accounting@gratefulcollc.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
